Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flights are other great ways to use your Airpoints Dollars. And exclusively for Airpoints™ members, some of our long-haul seats are available at special low fares, for purchase using your Airpoints Dollars.

On the ground, you can use your Airpoints Dollars to pay for car rental, hotel accommodation, and Koru Club membership. And you can gift rewards to other people living at the same address as you - even if they're not Airpoints members.

How to request your reward

You'll need your membership number and Personal Access Code (PAC) to request a reward.  You'll also need your credit card to pay for any applicable taxes, levies and surcharges. For PAC number help please contact your nearest Airpoints Service Centre.

By Mail or Fax
Simply complete the reward request section on the back of your Airpoints statement and fax or mail it to your nearest Airpoints Service Centre. Please allow seven working days for us to process your request.
